Senyoo Ip68 Waterproof Portable Camping Lamp and Rechargeable Emergency Light
Review from Jeannie’s Product Reviews
This arrived well packaged, and undamaged, in it’s own display box within a packing one. Its an excellent device, practical and portable and packs a lot of power for the size and weight.
It charges via USB cable ( supplied) and also acts as a battery bank, so should you find yourself out and needing to make an emergency call but with flat phone battery ( and let’s face it – that’s what seems to happen when a phone call is essential!) then simple use the cable to let the lantern act as battery to the phone.
Its light weight, easy to hold and has a cord so can be hung up or slipped over wrist to avoid dropping it. I didn’t test it for water fastness but it claims to be waterproof and I see no reason to doubt that, likewise the dropping/damage testing.
The light is easy to change, simple keep pressing the On switch – a rubber press button on one end – and rotate through settings. It’s got a bright and dim white light, a red fast or slow flash, plain red light and the blue small light shows how much charge remains. The constant white bright will get used when feeding my horse on winter mornings, it’ll be used to show way up to her paddock as with a conventional torch, then hung up where the light coming from the side, not the end, means its will be easy to see where things are. I think its perfect for home and when outdoors, and this will certainly get well used in our house.
