Portable Lantern

Review from Jeannie’s Product Reviews

This arrived well packaged, and undamaged, in it’s own display box within a packing one. Its an excellent device, practical and portable and packs a lot of power for the size and weight.

It charges via USB cable ( supplied, but note it’s cable only, not the wall socket). That’s useful when you can never find the right batteries and there are some many phones using USB adapters as it can just be plugged into one of them. we leave one on in the kitchen, everyone seems to need to charge their phones when visiting and of course my Kindle always needs charging! The lantern is about 6 inches long and light weight, very easy to hold, and has two cords so can be hung up or slipped over wrist to avoid dropping it. I didn’t test it for water fastness but it claims to be waterproof and I see no reason to doubt that, likewise the dropping/damage testing.

The light is easy to change, simple keep pressing the On switch – a rubber press button on one end – and rotate through settings. It’s got four light settings and a flashing light setting. Its got a powerful magnet at one end so if there’s nothing to hook it from it can be attached to a metal surface.  I think its perfect for home and when outdoors, and this will certainly get well used in our house.

About jeanniezelos

I'm an avid reader, love my kindle and I have my head in a novel for hours daily : ) Mum used to say I'd read toilet paper if it was printed- it wasn't, so i had to contend myself with the back and sides of the cereal packets. I've always Needed to read and we had few books when i was a child hence my penchant for reading anything including adverts then... I review mainly contemporary, erotic and paranormal romance books though dystopian and urban fantasy also appeal. I'm currently rated around the 300 mark on amazon.co.uk for my reviews. I try to keep them structured and to say what I do and don't like about a book so other readers can use my review as a guide to whether they may enjoy the book.
