Trendwoo Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker

Trendwoo Waterproof Bluetooth Speaker
Review from Jeannie’s Product Reviews
This review is writen by number two son who works in phone sales so uses accessories like this all the while.
Contents and Packaging
The Trendwoo is packed sturdily and comes with a AUX jack lead and a Micro USB lead for charging. As this was only a USB lead I used my phone mains charger and car charger without any issues.
Overview
The Trendwoo speaker has a rugged durable design, appearing to be in a “camouflage” style colour and made of sturdy plastic rim round the speaker grill and a non-slip green band. It has a strong rubber wrist strap next to the function buttons and a screw fixing on the bottom allowing it to be fixed to a tripod or dashboard depending on what purpose you use it for.
Sound Quality
Working in phone and accessory sales I often find that waterproofing dulls the sound quality on most devices, although this pleasantly surprised me. I tried it out on internet streaming services, playing music directly from my Sony Z2, attached to my Samsung Tab 3 and a host of other devices, all of which sounded crisp and clear. I didn’t test this at high volume as didn’t see where this would be necessary for this style of speaker, save going white-water rafting or similar!
Connectivity
The Trendwoo connected seamlessly with my Sony Z2 and Samsung Tab 3, although I didn’t try on an Apple or Windows device I do not see why any issues would arise. Both found the speaker within seconds of searching and the range was good. It also has a AUX input for connecting to non-Bluetooth devices which worked on my headphone jack.
Waterproofing
I haven’t fully submerged the Trendwoo speaker, but it functions fine out in the rain and in the bathroom with the steam from the shower round it. The non-slip exterior really helps here too with picking up the speaker and using the volume buttons.
Charging and Battery Life
The Trendwoo charges from a Micro USB port located under a plastic clasp next to the AUX input jack socket. The battery lasted several hours of sustained use in my car as a Hands Free speaker and to play music with at home. I gave it a good single charge when I first opened it and the odd hour here and there while in the car, it is still going fine whenever I go to use it.

About jeanniezelos

I'm an avid reader, love my kindle and I have my head in a novel for hours daily : ) Mum used to say I'd read toilet paper if it was printed- it wasn't, so i had to contend myself with the back and sides of the cereal packets. I've always Needed to read and we had few books when i was a child hence my penchant for reading anything including adverts then... I review mainly contemporary, erotic and paranormal romance books though dystopian and urban fantasy also appeal. I'm currently rated around the 300 mark on amazon.co.uk for my reviews. I try to keep them structured and to say what I do and don't like about a book so other readers can use my review as a guide to whether they may enjoy the book.
