Expandable Double Wheeled Pasta Dough Baking Cutter-

CurtzyTM Expandable Double Wheeled Pasta Dough Baking Cutter- 6 Wheels- Stainless Steel

Review from Jeannie’s Product Reviews

This arrived well packed along with some other items in a secure box.

I’m a keen cook, but have never made pasta. this looks fun though so maybe I’ll have a go now. You can make simple straight edge sheets of lasagne or fettuccine, or wavy edge squares and crimp into pasta parcels. I do bake a lot though and this will be great for cutting pastry strips for decorating and lattice tops, or making squares for turnovers and pasties. Simply choose the width you want and lock into place.

I like that it’s made of stainless steel therefore no worries over rusting, and that also makes it easy to clean if dough is not stuck on it, but if there’s a bit stuck on its harder as the blades are of course very sharp ans swivel round and there’s no handle. I found the lack of handle also made it difficult to use safely, needed to use a cloth or oven glove for padding to hold easily. You can of course hold in the centre but that’s harder IMO. If there was a simple locking handle that could be clicked over either end I’d have given this five stars but as it is its a four for me.

Product supplied for review

Stars: Four, great gift for keen cooks.

About jeanniezelos

I'm an avid reader, love my kindle and I have my head in a novel for hours daily : ) Mum used to say I'd read toilet paper if it was printed- it wasn't, so i had to contend myself with the back and sides of the cereal packets. I've always Needed to read and we had few books when i was a child hence my penchant for reading anything including adverts then... I review mainly contemporary, erotic and paranormal romance books though dystopian and urban fantasy also appeal. I'm currently rated around the 300 mark on amazon.co.uk for my reviews. I try to keep them structured and to say what I do and don't like about a book so other readers can use my review as a guide to whether they may enjoy the book.
